First picture of the trip - me walking
down the airport terminal. |
After saying up all night I was famished.
I ate a hearty meal at Chili's - it was the highlight of the
trip. |
My grandfather is old and going deaf
so you have to "knock hard" to be let in. |
This place would have been awesome,
however I was there so goddamn early that it wasn't open. |

They had this really nice concert piano
there. I'm probably the only person who has played it in years. |
The inside of the piano. |
Here's my grandparents. My grandmother
is on the left and my grandfather is on the right. |
Jason and Jon. |

We went bowling one night with my grandparents.
My grandfather got mad because we were taking so long so he shouted
angrly "does this place serve breakfast?!". |
My mother went bowling. For anybody
that knows my mother, you'll know why this is an anomoly. |
They had this vending machine with stickers
and stuff like at Minellas. It made me think of the Cheers song
and miss home... |
I played pool with this wonderful, wonderful
old man. Here's a b+w picture of him lining up a shot. |

This is him telling his story. You see,
not only is he old, he's Irish. And he claims to have been the
Irish pool champion back in his hay-day. I don't know weather
or not to believe it. |
I saw this little kid with a helmet
getting on a bike. |
There's this little outdoor cafe place
in Hilton Head. It's really hot there so they have this fan that
sprays cool mist into the air. The little kids couldn't get enough
of it. This girl got so excited she hopped! |
Another youngin' enjoying the mist. |
